Click Here to view my Prezi created on what my typical day looks like Monday-Friday.

The ISTE NETS T that I think the Prezi assignment most closely relates to is #1 - Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity. The sub-category that I think is most closely related is C - promote student reflection using collaborative tools to reveal and clarify student's conceptual understanding and thinking, planning, and creative processes. With this activity, we are using Prezi, to tell a story. This activity required understanding of what the assignment was asking us to do, and understanding how to do it; thinking about what we wanted to do our Prezi on; planning how we wanted to lay out our story on the Prezi work page, and creative processing to decide how we wanted each part of the story to relate to other parts.

Motion Path

Assignment: Motion Path

Due: June 29, 2010

Being able to create motion path graphics is a good thing. Combining motion path, control triggers, clip art, and organizing content (moving things around) are some of the items I want you to experiment with. Custom animation contains the motion path options. Use your imagination. Have fun.

Click Here to view my Motion Path using Microsoft PowerPoint.

I would consider this to fall into the category of #3 - Model Digital-Age Work and Learning of the ISTE NETS T standards because this activity "communicates relevant information and ideas effectively to students, parents, and peers using a variety of digital-age media and formats." In this assignment, we're using a new tool in Microsoft PowerPoint to create movable objects, along a given path, created by the user.
